Reporting to Mall of the Emirates Fashion Boutique Operations Manager, you will contribute to the excellent client experience of the boutique through rigorous dedication and follow-up on After Sales cases. Responsible, curious and attentive, you closely work closely with the team and promote collaboration and achievement of results to help make Chanel the ultimate reference in luxury.
Your main responsibilities are about managing After Sales related topics :
- Perform simple repairs in the boutique
- Be the main point of contact of the Aftersales workshops with regards to the current repairs
- Coordinate the process and communicate with local repairs and overseas repairs stake holders
- Liaise with the clients with confidence, tact and discretion
- Prevent and/or handle client’s conflicts by providing suitable solutions and adopting an empathetic approach
- Support and provide trainings and good practices sharing in the boutique for repair related issues
- Monitor the quality of repairs
- Spare part management for Ready-To-Wear
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis
- Embrace the brand ambassador role with regards to the After Sales ceremony
You have 5 years of experience in an After Sales role with a luxury environment. You are well organized with excellent communication skills and able to work well under pressure. Your solution-oriented and detail-oriented mindset, your integrity and emotional intelligence as well with your intercultural openness will be key to succeed in this position.
Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must.
Ability to speak and write in Arabic would be a true advantage.
