TIME Asma Hotel Hiring for F&B Captain Job at Dubai Full Time

• Fully involved with all aspects of service, hands on at all time in his section assigned to him by the Outlet Manager
• Assists the Restaurant Manager in efficiently managing the outlet according to the established concept statement providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the set Standards of Performance
• Has a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of to the standard
• Assigns responsibilities to subordinates implementing Multi Tasking principle and to check their performance periodically
• Maintains a pool of qualified part time employees in conjunction with the Human Resources Department
• Implements a flexible scheduling based on business patterns
• Ensures that the par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies are strictly adhered to and that the outlet is adequately equipped
• Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies
• Assists in controlling the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies
• Conducts daily pre-shift briefings to employees on preparation, service and menu
• Liaises with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operation and quality
• Has a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives
• Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship
• Ensures that the outlet cashiering procedures are strictly adhered to.
