Job Description:
Summary:
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Program, this position will lead the day to day management and enhancement of all operational aspects of Talent Acquisition – this will include, but may not necessarily be limited to: recruitment process management, optimization and automation, recruitment process compliance, recruitment reporting and data management, and Delivery Partner workload management.
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day management and analysis of the Program’s recruitment process, ensuring that efficiency is optimized in each workflow step and that Program deliverables are being achieved/exceeded. Lead the analysis of recruitment output/reporting data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the current process and identify solutions where possible. Monitor and administer workloads of the Delivery Partner recruitment team (currently forecast to be 24 employees) in order to ensure efficiency and parity is maintained across the Delivery Partners whilst the recruitment needs of the Program are being met. Review key areas of compliance (eg Interview Process) to ensure that the function is driving the identification and selection of the highest quality of candidates. Lead the creation of Hiring Manager Toolkits and Recruiter Toolkits, in coordination with the Head of Learning & Development Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Senior Recruitment Managers (within the Delivery Partners) on complex issues to structure frameworks and identify action plans
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology or a related subject is preferred, but not essential Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) preferred but not essential
Skills and Experience:
12+years of experience with the recruitment industry, with a preference given to individuals with exposure to Major Programs within the Engineering/Construction industry
Team Management experience is essential
Demonstrable experience managing complex recruitment processes and optimizing/automating existing processes.
Change management experience is highly desirable
