ChampionX has an immediate need for an Senior Financial Analyst in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be supporting the Commercial & FP&A Manager on a broad array of activities in the Commercial Finance function and support on planning and analysis which include monthly reporting and analysis and deep dive analysis for all countries in the region. The role is not only responsible to report on generic agreed reports but must add value through innovation and deep dive analysis behind the business drivers. This role is highly dynamic, has high visibility and will interact with teams across time zones. The successful candidate should be able to build good interpersonal relations and have systems and indicators in place to measure business behavior on an ongoing basis.

What You Will Do:

• The role will support business tender processes by identifying the right cost structures and provide business cases and sensitivity analysis

• Develop and monitor the commercial pricing models for non-model, fixed price and cost-plus contracts

• Engage with and challenge the SC Finance and costing teams on product costing variances, fx impacts and raw material risks. The incumbent will also work with the SC team to prepare least cost / optimal routing strategies to ensure the right pricing is achieved on bid proposals

• Budgeting, monthly forecasting, long range plans and all related analysis and communication

• Develops, maintains, and consolidates financial models and templates to support the planning activities

• Perform special projects to support the business as required

Minimum Qualifications

• A full time MBA from a leading B-school and/or professional qualification (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA)

• Must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience where the past 7 years must in FP&A

• Ideal candidate will have regional FP&A and/or commercial finance experience in a multinational company and will be willing to join immediately

• Very well conversant with use of ERPs (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and consolidation systems (HFM/Hyperion/Essbase). Expert Excel user
