Job Information:
- You take care of all kinds of administration: preparing presentations, preparing monthly reports.
- You organize our management meetings and strategic seminars down to the last detail. The reports afterwards are also your responsibility
- You work closely with marketing and HR for the organization of sponsoring, customer and staff events, company parties of all kinds…
- You are involved in the layout of our internal magazine,
- You arrange the business trips
- You ensure that aggregations, acknowledgments and powers of attorney are and remain in order
- You manage the agenda of the Managing Director.
Job Requirements:
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- You always dot the I and are very precise
- You have a sense of initiative and do not take a wait-and-see attitude

- You juggle the usual office packages and general IT applications.
