Responsible for coordinating the preparation and consolidation of the personnel budget;
Assistance to Business Partners supporting current policies on positions and salaries;
Preparation and analysis of indicators for Positions and Salaries;
Market Research and salary studies;
Calculation of Short and Long Term Bonuses;
Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and interface with the LGT and Payroll to carry out calculations and collective agreements;
Validation of the company’s framing, merit, promotion and transfers movements;
Support the decisions of the Head of HR, through analysis, reporting, salary surveys and benchmarks, also participating in groups within and outside the sector, aiming to adapt and/or propose changes in compensation policies and procedures;
Management of Human Resources indicators: turnover, headcount, dismissals, admissions, salary increases, overtime, among others, reporting to senior management;
Responsible for managing the company’s benefits.
