Description:
Ø Analyze and document loads, shipments, and billings and supervise shipping and item receipts.
Ø This role will oversee several logistics KPIs to continuously improve performance and be the go-to person for significant operational and logistics issues.
Ø Closely monitor our logistics performance and thoroughly comprehend daily challenges.
Ø Work on the final mile of logistics, including operations, process design, and product development.
Ø Set targets for enhancing operational performance while looking for ways to enhance, such as automation or better process design.
Ø Work with the weekly logistics manager to evaluate 3PL meetings and develop risk-mitigation solutions.
Ø Learn about our logistics products and how to use their operational and customer service skills efficiently.
• Set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
