Our client a car showroom is currently hiring for a Receptionist to be based in Dubai.
Handle the reception office by communicating with clients either over the telephone or in-person and ensuring they represent a professional image of the center.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the handling all incoming calls and other related front office services
- Receiving & monitoring mail, e-mail, courier and all other external communications, ensuring that they are sent to the appropriate staff.
- Greeting visitors in a warm, professional manner and notifying the appropriate employee immediately on their arrival
- Manage clients booking, cancellation and follow-ups
Working week: Sat – Thu – 6 days a week – Friday off.
