VR Cleaning Services Hiring for Sales Executive at Dubai Full Time

• A European-managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven outdoor sales representative with at least 1-2 years’ experience in the UAE, to generate leads and drive sales.
Requirements:
Proven outside sales experience, preferably in the Cleaning and Facility Management business. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient in English speaking and writing.
PC proficiency (PowerPoint, word, excel)
with a UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:
• Research prospects and create sales leads by calling, emailing, and visiting potential clients
• Conduct client presentations when needed
• Manage client inquiries and conduct site inspections if required
• Prepare quotation and bidding requirement
• Follow-up quotations sent to clients
• Ensure the monthly sales target set by the company is achieved
• Conduct an after-service survey by calling assigned clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure that all purchase orders received are scheduled and delivered on time
• Provide sales report daily as per SDR template
• Provide unprompted feedback regarding market price and condition
• Provide recommendations for sales and marketing strategies
