The Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) team’s goal is to drive product innovation by partnering closely with the sales team and define the global product go-to-market strategy for our ever-evolving ads product. Our team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internal stakeholders and external clients.
TikTok seeks an experienced product marketing professional with a background in brand & video product marketing to drive go-to-market for TikTok monetization products and play a pivotal role in influencing the development of product roadmaps. As part of the Native & Brand Solutions team in the Product Strategy & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both sales and product teams in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. Abilities to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. Ideal candidates should have deep experience working with digital advertising products and also be familiar with the media agency ecosystem. Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to influence others and be a resourceful problem solver are keys to succeeding in this role.
