Description:
We are a manufacturing company looking for a competent Office Assistant / Admin / HR to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations.
The candidate should be:
– a hard-working professional able to undertake a
variety of office support tasks and work diligently
under pressure.
– comfortable working with a high degree of attention
to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new
and effective ways to achieve better results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Monitoring Payments of Employees monthly bills
Payroll services of all Employees /Preparing Monthly
Salary Slip.
– Update the visa status report in a timely manner.
– Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
– Organize office and assist associates in ways that
optimize procedures.
Skills Required:
– Excellent English language communication skills with
clear accent
– Strong administrative and IT skills with Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
