Join us in cosmopolitan Dubai as a UI design Technology Experience Specialist and design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. As a Technology Experience Specialist you will work across a wide variety of products from concept to delivery, collaborating with a team of Technical Product Owners, Architects and Developers to create compelling and creative user experiences that delights users and fulfils the business needs & objectives. They help ensure all Technology solutions are fit for purpose, improve end user productivity and are easy & enjoyable to use. The Technology Experience Specialist ensure all experience designs are informed by industry standards, best practices and rigorous user testing. You will have expert knowledge of visual design software and wire-framing tools such as Visio, Fireworks, Adobe Suite, Sketch and Invision. What You’ll Do – Work with a team of cross functional experts to deliver design concepts, visual prototypes and conduct exploration workshops. – Drive adoption of the Experience Design playbook across the broader teams of Technical Product Management, Architecture and Development – Leverage practice thinking to help continuously improve tools and methods that go into the continuous improvement of the experience design playbook. – Participate in, and help facilitate, design thinking workshops and training sessions. – Deliver the user experience of a number of internal products from the creation of design concepts to the final launch of the product as well as post-launch monitoring and analysis. – Act as an advocate of the product to the users, imparting insight on the product’s value and usability. – Work with specialists to ensure all products have baseline usability measures that serve as a guidance for future improvement and recommendations. – Work with team specialists to drive the practice of research and analysis and subsequent incorporation into the overall experience design principles.

Qualifications & Experience: What You Will Bring To The Team – Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in User Experience Design and/or Interactive Design – Experience in leading small to medium sized design projects, both independently and as part of a team. – Experience in facilitating design thinking workshops and storytelling. – Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, interactively, and persuasively to all audiences. – Expert knowledge of software that supports visually engaging design e.g. Adobe Suite, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin. – A positive attitude and an ability to drive discernible change and delivery, at pace, in a pressurised environment. – Build strong relationships with peers and team members. – Agile and innovative mind-set with the tenacity to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment. – You’ll be experienced in both UX and UI design and have experience working across a variety of digital channels. How You’ll Work: – You’ll be working as part of a cross functional squad delivering product alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers and QA’s – The tools of your trade will be Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, Figma, Sketch, Invision. – User centric mind-set will be at the centre of everything you do. – You’ll be leveraging your knowledge in experience design to create innovative solutions to complex business problems. – We’re full time back in the office here in Dubai at Emirates Please ensure to include your portfolio to support your application, either as a link on your CV or as an attachment on your careers site profile.
