Job Purpose

Manage offshore resources and their deliverables for supporting Group Operations and Projects in middle east and India. The support and services include Oracle EBS, Business intelligence, Oracle Development, Zoho development, Microsoft Development and Retail Applications. This role will perform and lead development, implementation and support work for core ERP services, integration services and commerce clouds.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage offshore resources (India) in the application and administration team for various projects, service requests etc. to ensure optimum and timely deliverables.
• Work with Head Office IT team for support and projects.
• Gather requirements, analyze, create design documents, and perform impact analysis for change requests.
• Review and validate project plans for projects and perform progress review with on-site IT managers on regular basis.
• Document management and review for all the change management requests and new initiatives as per IT policy.
• Work on Request for proposals for new initiatives in the applications area.
• Facilitate discussions with senior business stakeholders to understand requirement, formulate process enhancements and provide workable solutions to streamline current processes & systems.
• Regular review meetings with applications and administration team for timely progress reviews and solution delivery.
• Work along with IT Managers to draft annual budgetary requirements based on Organization’s strategy and business objectives.
• Manage offshore vendor contracts and licenses.
• Independently take up projects as approved by the organization.

OTHERS

• Responsibility & accountability towards managing the Applications and administration team resources and projects/work assignment undertaken.
• Provide leadership to team members and work with various cross functional team members, business users to achieve deliverables.
• Track & Manage activities to meet scheduled timelines on work assignments with high quality deliverables which are defect free.
• Enforce standards, procedures as laid down for the organization.
• Willing to travel to Client offices in middle east as and when required.

Competence and Capabilities

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in any stream. Preference given to Busines functions and Technology related stream.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing IT applications, cloud services and development life cycles.
• ITIL and PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience in leading Software development and/or ERP implementation.
• Domain knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain and Retail.
• Ability to implement, support Oracle Distribution and Oracle Financial modules of Oracle release R12 e-Business suite or later.
• Working Knowledge in Technology stack to handle administration and DevOps resources.
• In-depth knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of SSIS to develop and deploy integration layer.
• Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of Support and Solution documents.
• Excellent business mapping and solution providing skills.
• Analytical mind to understand the trends and improvise on situation.
• Should be extremely organized and structured in office work.
• Excellent communication skills. English is the official language.
• Candidate must have work experience in Office 365 collaboration and communication cloud.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED15,000.00 – AED17,000.00 per month
