Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales and Finance Executives and their team members by providinghigh level administrative and clerical support
• Maintain calendars and set up appointments for the Executives as required andrespond to internal and external telephone calls for the team
• Organize meetings, reserve conference rooms and equipment and coordinatecatering services
• Support meetings & accompany the Executives to occasional appointmentscompleting minutes of meetings as required
• Schedule and book travel arrangements for all the team members
• Process expense reports and follow up on payment reimbursements
• Be the point of contact for facilities and IT helpdesk issues
• Assist with the organization and support of team events and activities
• Occasional support at marketing events, conferences and user meetings
• Manage office supplies and ordering of new equipment according to requiredprocesses
• Support applications specialists preparing quotations as required
• Prepare documents, reports and briefings to support monthly reportingactivities
• Assist the team requirements for onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Maintain confidentiality of all information
Your Qualificationsand Experience
• Proven experience in a function with similar responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A positive attitude with a strong teamwork mindset and ability
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to meet required deadlines
• Solid ability to understand processes and to work with the provided tools tofulfill their purpose
• Hardworking, systematic and self-motivated with the ability to make decisions
• Excellent MS Office knowledge, Outlook and Word
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent level in English for both communication and the written word
• General knowledge about Healthcare or experience within the medical carebusiness
• Initiative, resourcefulness, and a sense of humor
