Admissions Consultant Manager at Score Plus Education is confident in his/her knowledge and understand the differences between the different B-schools and what those schools are looking for in their applicants. They develop applicants B-school strategy, defining their career goals, articulating through essays by cajoling all of that and make all the pieces fit together into what is interesting and compelling and B-school relevant.

Account abilities
Ø Achieving Sales Targets as assigned for ACS
Ø Conducting seminars of ACS in branches thereby driving enrollments by it
Ø Providing necessary training and support to new ACS counselors
Ø Responding to email enquiries received directly from the university or from the students, attending telephone enquiries and walk-ins
Ø Act as Hand-holding to clients with their entire application process starting from short listing universities, editing relevant application documents, interview preparation and visa counseling
Ø Acting as customer interface and responsible for building and maintaining client-relationships to increase word-of-mouth referral thereby enhancing ACS sales in an effective manner
Ø Overall management of ACS division including administration, individual correspondence & organizing conferences
Ø Providing one-on-one and customized service for both Counseling and Editing of applications. Processing students application, pre-departure counseling, communicating between other recruitment partners, branch offices and university
Ø Preparing the application records, maintaining and updating them
Ø Participating in educational fairs
Ø Travelling to different locations to represent/promote Universities and conduct ACS seminars
Ø Arranging for the logistics to accomplish the business trip including promotional material and other materials required for the presentations/meetings
Ø Responsible to handle full time / part time editorial team

Ø Professional manner with good work ethics towards assigned duties
Ø Works well under pressure and great with time management
Ø Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet all work requirements
Ø Is a proactive individual with great organizational skills
Ø Passion for education with background knowledge of College and International Students admissions requirements
Requirements
Ø Bachelors or Masters Degree
Ø 5-7+ years’ experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role in admission consulting business.
Ø Candidate must be detail oriented and have strong prioritization, time management, and follow-through skills
Ø The candidate must have demonstrated sensitivity to the needs and concerns of a diverse student population
Ø Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectives
