Job Description :
We have partnered with a very exciting
and innovative company that specialises in creating digital parks,
content creation, immersive experiences and next generation
attractions across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. They are
looking to hire their first legal counsel to manage and advise on all
the legal affairs for the organisation.
Key requirements:
- You must be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of
experience - You must have experience advising on transactions
with a focus on IP, TMT and commercial transactions - You must
have experience managing deals - Ideally have experience
working within both private practice and in-house
This
role is based in Dubai, UAE but there is remote working options
available.
