About the team:
We have an amazing team for South Asia, based in Dubai. All team members focus on diverse categories, content, and creators and always support each other. We all have fun at work and love what we do. More specifically, the Community Ecosystem team focuses on supporting the content ecosystem with research efforts, overall video content, quality as well as diversity operations.

Job Description:

• Responsible for in-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth in various regions of South Asia.
• Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement from the perspective of the content preparation based on global and regional strategies.
• Work with T&S and other functions to help inform/jointly develop community safety strategies and monitor safety risks in the content community.
• Monitor in-app short video content, position content style problems and cooperate with Algo, PM and T&S to collaborate on solutions.
• Observe local/international real-time events with emergency preparedness capacities..
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related subject.
• Preferably intermediate knowledge of SQL and excellence in using Excel and MS Office softwares.
• Have a deep understanding and practical knowledge of digital media and short-video platforms.
• Good working knowledge of the local internet market and local culture and trends.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
