- Distributing stocks of designated brands to stores
- Reallocating stocks based on sales
- Creating the Purchase Order
- Processing the Invoices for the consigned Brands
- Preparing GRN/Costing Sheet
- Calculating brand specific incentives for retail staff
- Handling inventory control
- Stock Ageing analysis
- Liaising with logistics and procurement team at the Principal end for shipment
- Involving in Brand sponsored events
- Coordinating for brand related training for retail staff
- Handling customer queries
- Assisting the Department with all aspects of day to day reporting
Profile
- Graduate preferably in business management, accounts or computers
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Highly proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel
- Excellent communication skills / Fluent in English
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of retail brands
- Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
