Our client is a business consulting company based in UAE, a leading organization dealing with mystery shopping, customer service, food safety inspection, and training. Partnered, assisted, and trained some of the best-known brands in hospitality, retail, supermarkets, banks, schools, and government in the MENA and GCC regions.
The Salesperson role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing and new accounts and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field would be advantageous.
- 2 years of proven experience in sales in a similar industry (training, retail, mystery shopping).
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling, handling incoming leads, current contracts renewals, building the database,
- Maintaining the CRM system and internal sales-related documents.
- Participating in internal meetings related to sales & sales strategy. 20% outside the office will be dedicated to seeing the leads that were reached out interested in further conversation and also meetings related to the renewal of existing contracts.
Work Location: Production City, Dubai, UAE
