Our client is a production firm that creates and implements marketing campaign materials, including branding, in-store displays and consulting.
They are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist. This role plays an important part in supporting the sales team in the successful completion of every client project.
Responsibilities:
- Project budgeting, reporting, and Project delivery with importance to every detail.
- Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Should be able to handle urgent projects and be willing work overtime/weekends to meet the project deadlines.
- Organizing data and posting project reports for invoicing purposes
- Maintaining cordial customer relations to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Confident with a pleasing personality to perform project briefings and conduct site visits
- Basic knowledge in Technical Drawing and material specifications
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as technical drawing or materiel spec and strong capabilities in Excel module and project management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, marketing, Business Administration or related field;
- Previous work experience in the same industry (Events Production industry) will be an advantage
- Proficieny in Arabic Language is a plus
