Nathan & Nathan HR Hiring for Receptionist (Temporary) Job at Dubai Full Time

Our client is one of the leading food importers in the UAE, looking to hire a Temporary Receptionist to join their Dubai team.

This is a 1-month short-term contract extendable depending on the candidate’s job performance. Candidates under family sponsorship or who have their own visas and can join immediately will be only considered for this role.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong office administration skills.
• Can handle incoming calls.
• Excellent English communication skills. ARABIC language is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Polite but firm, friendly and can get along with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests in a professional & courteous manner.
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Answering the board line and connecting to the relevant party.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Stock management of office consumables, parts, and etc.
• Prepares order for office consumables and receive all deliveries.
• Admin related tasks such as receiving courier, arranging courier, pantry supply, office stationery
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Work Location: Garhoud, Dubai, UAE
Work Timings: Mon – Fri (9 am – 5:30 pm) / Sat (9 am – 2:00 pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Salary: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
