Your mission will be to find top Talents for Paradox by Sourcing, Reviewing applications, and doing screening interviews
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be…
Master boolean search & LinkedIn Recruiter Search
Write customized message when you source that stand out and make people feel special and reply
Run targeted sourcing on various job boards and platforms
Follow up with candidates
Define the best recruitment strategy according to the position to be filled (job board, school relations, hunting, organization of events, etc.
Craft attractive job descriptions, not the kind you find on the internet – When people read your job desc they feel the vibe and values of Paradox, the right talents are hooked
Publish offers across job boards
Review employment applications in less than 3 days
Organize and do Screening Interviews
Strongly Assess candidates
You make sure that All the relationship with the candidates are recorded in ATS
Document good practices, and always refine the process and build/improve templates and automations
Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
Taking the necessary corrective actions when KPI are not reached
Participate in the creation of relevant dashboards for the HR department with the help of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
Reply to candidates on time, to make them feel important
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Identify the schools best suited to our recruitment needs, qualify them, meet them and establish lasting relationships.
Set up innovative actions (events, company presentation, career fair, interview preparation, workshops, etc.)
