Nathan & Nathan HR Hiring for Lead Data Administrator (Temp) Job at Dubai Full Time

Our client owns and operates shopping malls, retail, and leisure establishments in the Middle East and North Africa, with operations in 13 countries, including the GCC.

They are looking for a Lead Data Administrator for a 12-month contract. You will be primarily responsible for managing brokers and ambassadors, partner channels, kiosks, sales events, and special events lead. Escalation opportunities and inactive opportunities need to be dealt with immediately to nurture them into successful conversions. This role is also responsible for auditing digital leads on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Produce trending analytics on lead qualification, opportunity progress and retired leads/opportunities.
• Pro-actively manage various lead generation channels, conventional: such as mall stands, Broker, Ambassador, Events, Other partner channels and whenever needed to manage print media, as well as digital; such as websites, Facebook, Instagram, E-mails and SMS.
• Data management and ensuring strict implementation of data security and correct recording of leads as per lead management policy.
• Ensure the quality assurance through adherence to quality procedures and data governance.
• Maintain our databases and conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity.
• A strong understanding of databases and how they work.
• Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results.
• Work effectively with internal colleagues to ensure that the CRM Team is credible and adds value to the total proposition.
• Able to utilize the Database/CRM systems to run basic queries and support the data team for data activities including enrichment, mining, segmentation.
• Escalated opportunities and Inactive opportunities need immediate attention and should be reassigned within the SLA.
• Able to work as receptionist only when needed to handle walk-in customers and incoming enquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with at least 1 year experience in the Real Estate Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Expert in data segmentation and list enhancement techniques.
• Meticulous and an eye for detail.
• Experience with the analysis tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word and other office tools.
• Language proficiency in English and Arabic is must.
• Excellent communication and customer services skill.
• HTML, Web techniques and social media knowledge will be an advantage
• Flexible working attitude.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
