About the role

1. Ensure smooth running of HO
   building with undisrupted operations.
2. Performing clerical and
   filing tasks for BU
3. Mail delivery and housekeeping
   coordination
4. Answering the phones on the reception and
   forwarding calls if needed.
5. Monitoring office inventory and
   informing incase of shortage.
6. Schedule meetings and arrange
   meetings / conference room.
7. Perform and track routine
   inspection in common areas
8. Inform line manager incase any
   repair or intervention is required
9. Arranging new stationery
   and office furniture
10. Assisting various departments in office
    activities.
11. Fluent written and spoken english
