Job description

You will join our dynamic and enthusiastic Administration team located in Dubai. Your primary role is to provide an excellent office support to the organisation, and ensure that we maintain a healthy and positive working environment.

Areas of focus

• Handling and maintaining day-to-day office tasks
• Cleaning and arranging the office (including canteen, washrooms, and kitchen)
• Maintaining office supplies
• Serving guests and visitors
• Preparing meeting rooms for various meetings
• Documents filing, organising, and other tasks as assigned

Your professional skills

• Relevant Administrative Education, but not a requirement
• Experienced in similar position and/or in hospitality industry, specifically in housekeeping is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Experienced user of basic Microsoft Office

Your personal skills

• Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Highly motivated and driven
• Responsible and knows how to prioritise tasks
• Good social skills and enjoys helping other people
