Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer that specialises in mixed use community projects, hospitality, leisure & entertainment and luxury destinations
Job Description
This role will be responsible for creating the development strategy, business plan, market analysis, pricing studies, demand-supply analysis and perform financial feasibility studies.
In addition, the candidate will monitor the design costs, tendering and construction progress working closely with the technical teams on site such as project & construction and design management. This will include periodic on-site observations to monitor progress. The DM will also coordinate with business units such sales and marketing, finance, legal and the relevant government authorities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience;
- BSc in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or Business
- Experience with Real Estate consultancies or Developers
- UAE experience
- 5 to 7 years of full life-cycle development management experience with strong strategic planning, business development, financial and problem-solving skills
- Experience on mixed use, masterplans, residential and hospitality projects
- Arabic speaker
