Working on our most prestigious, challenging Performance Media account as an anchor, but also exposure to growing the broader suite of Merkle clients
Combining technical background with strategic writing, direction and storytelling to inspire both clients and internal teams

A snapshot of a day in the life of the Strategy Director
The beauty of this role is that no two weeks will feel like the same.
Each day you will spend a bit of time on the anchor account, working with teams to ensure recommendations are in line with strategic objectives and breaking down complexities for senior clients to understand
When theres a growth opportunity with existing or conquest clients you will be the lead architect for a go-to-market strategy we create which could be on a range of verticals from Technology, FMCG, QSR, Auto and more
Connecting with suppliers to understand key developments in the market that can be applied in strategic thinking
Building and developing Thought Leadership; which could be in the form of articles, case studies or video interviews with the PR/Comms team
Qualifications:
What youll bring:
Experience and proven resilience in building Performance Media strategy and working with implementational teams to bring it to life
Strong human skills with a focus on Networking, Effective collaboration and Presenting with impact, energy and charisma
Being able to tell a great story and not being afraid to smash through complexity when it comes to tools, data or technology
Track record in building presentations for internal, pitch and external usage
Commanding respect and rapport with senior clients
