Looking for HR & Payroll Assistant

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Comply with the statutory and corporate payroll policies, procedures and deadlines
  • Perform all key payroll supporting duties e.g. data entry, holiday payments, run relevant reports and send out relevant information to relevant business contacts /associates.
  • Cover and support payroll and administrative related tasks when and if required.
  • Should be able to calculate the End of service as per UAE Law.
  • Compile reports as required by direct manager
  • Process and maintain records of employee leave status
  • Maintain filing system for payroll and related records

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate
  • 1-2 years’ experience HR & payroll administration and execution
  • Proficiency in Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
