Role is based in our Dubai office, United Arab Emirates and reports to Head of Strategic Planning & Enablement, WCA.

The role supports functions essential to Sales Force Effectiveness. This includes overseeing the region/areas’ sales target planning, review of how we cover the market, sales process optimization, and ensuring a consistent and high data quality in our sales data; collaborates with Regional Products Heads and Vertical Heads to provide sales pipeline/SFDC insights; coordinates with Areas onboarding CEN & REG Sales initiatives.

• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, to allow Sales Representatives to focus on persuading clients
• Assists Product Managers on connecting the pipeline opportunities with Maersk solution offering
• Assists Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks that reduce our sales force’s effect in the marketplace
• Supports areas on Sales Channel review, portfolio design and the equitable assignment of sales force targets

• Ensure the execution of CEN & Regional Sales initiatives and provide continuous improvement support to area sales process and data quality
• Application of optimal end-to-end sales support processes, including process changes, in line with global best practice
• Coordinates training delivery for the organization together with the Global Sales Academy, share knowledge across SOM organization
• Work as a change agent on our journey towards a world class sales force
• Implement digitalization initiatives related to Sales Process and tools
• Regional level Ocean Double Down pipeline engagement

• Support the CEN & Regional Sales initiatives and growth target setting, and help areas translate Sales Incentive Plan process E-2-E, ensuring that we administrate and run the plan timely and to a high standard. Ensure that the Sales Incentive Plan works as a motivator for the Sales Representatives to deliver at the highest level
• Provide Organization regular Pipeline reports and top opportunity updates
• Rigorously improve SFDC data quality, master data and adoption
• SFDC Systems Super User and local trainer
