LEOS International is looking for a commercially driven and proactive Mandarin-speaking business assistant in our London & Dubai Office.

Mandarin-speaking business assistant is aiming to train the future business manager for our fast-expanding property development business in communicating between UK, Dubai, and another oversea market. Job responsibility is including admin assisting, client communication, business planning, PR management, social media operation and assisting on residential sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· PR marketing to the UK, Dubai and oversea market.

· Assisting in residential sales.

· International purchase negotiation.

· Oversea client communication.

· Social media platform operating.

· This job role is open to candidates with various levels of experience, to be part of our growing international business development team.

· The candidate will work either in the office.

· Acting as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.

· Organising the necessary business events etc for client delegations.

Skills & Experience:

· Mandarin Speaker.

· Educated to degree level or equivalent.

· Proven work experience as a business assistant.

· Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule.

· Discretion and trustworthiness.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Attention to detail.

· Essential experience in Microsoft Office- Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Admin Assistant: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
