We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Projects Talent Acquisition team where you will have the opportunity to be dedicated to our well known, global clients. You will build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, while helping guide our clients through the recruitment process.
As a Senior Recruiter you will focus on being a true business partner, providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- We expect you to manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle with confidence and autonomy. You will rarely ask for our support – you know how to deal with difficult clients and can work with them to find solutions or alternatives. You see each new client as a new challenge. You gained your recruitment experience in an in-house, agency or RPO environment
- You will often act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, sharing your knowledge with them. This collaboration will sharpen your cooperation and leadership skills.
- Thanks to our business model, you will get the chance to learn about different industry sectors and processes. You will broaden your understanding of roles, cultures, and countries. We encourage you to find your area of expertise and become a valued specialist in it.
