We are Hiring a RECRUITMENT RESOURCER for our Dubai Office, supporting the Business development Manager in sourcing high calibre candidates within the Medical & Healthcare sector.
Kare Plus-MENA are a market leading (Permanent) Staffing Services provider dedicated to sourcing niche skilled and high calibre talent such as Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Dentists, Pharmacists, and Allied Health Professionals to the Medical and Healthcare sector since 1989. Based in Dubai and with a further 83 offices globally. Supporting the UAE and broader gulf region.
Role: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: JLT, Dubai, UAE
Hours: Full Time, 5 days per week, between 8.30am to 5.30pm (Flexible Home Working options available).
Salary & Benefits: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 basic salary + generous commission structure + standard UAE benefits inc 25 days paid holiday + private healthcare cover + employment Visa. (On Target Earnings AED +15,000).
Summary: The role requires an experienced Recruitment Resourcer who has been 100% focussed on candidates, generating and building a pipeline, sourcing new candidates for current and projected vacancies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must already be resident in Dubai
- Must have proven recruitment experience in the UAE of at least 1 year
- Knowledge of the Medical and Healthcare sector would be an advantage
- Ability to over achieve activity targets
- Motivated, keen, driven, hard working
- Excellent English, verbal and written
- Would consider any recruitment specialism, generic or In-house
- Able to satisfy the UAE labour / Visa requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for generating leads
- Sourcing candidates using various on-line tools
- Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline
- Identifying those with specialist skills sets in demand
- Qualifying candidates over the phone and in person
- Highlighting and identifying suitable talent
- Headhunting
- Sifting Cv’s, Formatting Cvs, Preparing submission notes
- Collating relevant documentation
- Writing Adverts, posting Adverts, managing Ad responses
- Updating the database with notes and activity
- Maintaining on-line presence – Linked In, Company website and Job boards
- Maintaining activity Targets and satisfying KPI’s
- Attending client meetings, attending recruitment exhibitions
- Working with Recruitment Consultants and Business Development Managers
- Able to take instruction and prioritise workloads.
