Position: Service Engineer
Job Location: Dubai- UAE
Education: Any Engineering
*Experience : Min 4 years in Maintenance Services of Vacuum and Blower*
Candidates must have GCC driving License
A Service Engineer – Vacuum/Blower is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for vacuum and blower equipment. The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Install and commission new equipment, ensuring that it is operating correctly and meeting customer requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical advice and support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Perform maintenance, repair and overhaul services on vacuum and blower equipment, including regular inspections, cleaning and replacement of parts.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job, including time and materials used, work performed, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the company’s products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of vacuum and blower equipment and related technologies, and share this knowledge with the team.
- Comply with all safety and environmental regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
