The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships for a female networking company. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, and marketing with a passion for network development and women empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market share
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations such as hotels, gyms, retail clients, bars and restaurants
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Work collaboratively with the marketing and product team to create and implement marketing campaigns
Initiate and attend networking events to promote the company and increase brand awareness
Conduct presentations to potential clients and partners
Monitor trends and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth
Manage and track metrics to ensure that business development goals are met
Participate in regular business reviews with executives and other functional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in a lifestyle or networking related field
Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
A self-starter, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Passion for women empowerment and networking, with a strong understanding of women in both professional and personal capacities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working remotely and virtually
