Senior Manager – Quantity Surveyor – Dubai – 12 Month Contract

My client is a large semi-government organisation that specialises in the transportation and logistics sector. They are passionate about contributing to the success of the Emirate and are playing a key part in the Vision 2040 plan.
Your new role
Will provide day to day functional leadership of estimating and quantity surveying skill sets to enable the business to achieve its project delivery goals, extend pre and post contract including cost estimates, preparation of initial enquiry documents, tender negotiations, award, contract execution through to final account.
This role will also manage the cost database to facilitate informed project cost estimates, cost control and project budget applications.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need:
- RICS Qualification
- 7-10 Years experience
- Used to dealing with high value projects exceeding 500M AED
- CostX or similar software background.
