Description/Tasks:
- Issue final invoices i.a.w Jet Aviation policies and customer contracts and defined deadline
- Submit OEM and Special Program warranty claims
- Promote, enforce and secure strict application of Jet Aviation policies and Billing related processes and methodologies
- Secure customer inquiries and complaints are handled fairly and effectively
- Project preparation tasks
Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelors degree, diploma or equivalent
- Strong track-record in managing customer expectations in a matrixed organization
- Understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework is beneficial
- Understanding of Billing & Quotations procedures
- Good knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Two years’ experience in Billing in a similar environment or role
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other language is a plus
