Fresh Express LLC Hiring for Inventory Controller Job at Dubai Full Time

Reporting to the Finance manager and is responsible for managing all inventory control related activities. Inventory controller executes inventory measures to ensure the company maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy. He will be working with purchasing, good inwards and dispatch necessary functions are carried out correctly.

– Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generate savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital.

– Perform cyclic stock checks and responsible for managing and running planned stock takes

– Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital

JOB DESCRIPTION
 Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
 Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
 Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.

 Ensure that goods or stock are well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.

 Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chases and followed up until received.
 Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximizing capital.

 Maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies are addressed and resolved.

 Provide routine management information on inventory performance such as monitoring and evaluating consumables usage and costs, and material utilization and scrap.

 Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.

 Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

 B.S. in Logistics / Warehousing

 3+ years plus experience in Inventory Controller or Warehouse management

 Advance management skills

 Communication

 ERP Module Knowledge

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
