We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively generating sales and solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc
• Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternative
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Fulfill all company-established policy obligations

· Staying abreast of the latest trends in the insurance industry.

· Handling insurance policy renewals.

· Identifying the risk involvements based on the client’s requirements.

Requirements and skills

• Good comprehension of insurance plans of Motor Insurance.
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

· Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Good sales and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.

• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Salary: From AED3,200.00 per month
