ESAG Hiring for Recruitment Specialist Job at Dubai Full Time

To Ensure all vacancies within the group are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time in the most cost effective way.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute recruitment activities for open positions and hiring projects in collaboration with hiring managers / HODs.
• Plan & Schedule and international recruitment trips with departmental managers for bulk hiring
• Shortlist potential candidates for selection.
• Conduct initial interview with candidates for all positions and provide feedback to the Hiring Managers and Group CHCO.
• To negotiate salaries with selected candidates as per the budget allocated for each position.
• To Prepare and Issue employment offer letters to selected candidates.
• To manage the new employee on-boarding and facilitate their visas with the Government Relations Dept.
• To Identify suitable recruitment channels for the group.
• To Independently coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies
• Schedule recruitment meetings with Department heads.
• Prepare advertisements and post them on job portals / Social media.
• Control, maintain and update Manpower plan on a periodic basis keeping a track of positions recently opened and closed.
• To prepare and update recruitment reports as per MIS
• Create and regularly update a database of candidates for .
• Conducts new employee orientation and apprise employee of policy / benefit options.

Job purpose & Scope:

• Bachelors Degree from a reputed university / CIPD Level 5 / CHRP or equivalent qualification
• Around 5 years experience in Recruitment preferably in a multinational/ Multicultural environment.
• Excellent Negotiation Skills required with openness and honesty
• High level of confidence.
• Fluency in English with Arabic an added advantage.
