To assist the Relationship Managers in managing Asset portfolio
Detailed Description:

Key Roles Responsibilities

Proposals Prepare and gain approval for credit proposals that will meet the policies and customer needs Evaluation of the financials

Account Reviews Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimizing returns
Customer Service Handle all operational matters within the portfolio Interact very closely with CRADOPC ETFS branch customer to ensure all transactions are completed
Post approval process Ensure that postapproval activities with regard to disbursement of facility is undertaken on timely manner by liasing with CRAD for issuance of facility letters security documentation recovery of feesetc
Relationship Management Maintain Relationships with customers to increase knowledge of customer situation and enhance business opportunities
Business Development Develop appropriate selling including crossselling approaches to potential and current customers to facilitate achievement of the business plan
Risk Analysis Analyse risks to assess riskreturns and initiate timely remedial actions where appropriate
Compliance Comply with the approved policies procedures and norms to protect the organizations and customers interests Periodic reporting is to be done in correspondence with the borrower and other internalexternal stakeholders
Personal Development Identify personal strengths and areas necessary for development in order to enhance personal value
