We are currently looking for an experienced inside sales manager to oversee and lead our inside sales engineers’ team based in Dubai supporting business across Middle East & Africa.

The selected candidate will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. The role involves collaboration with various professionals and remote teams so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment that transcends borders. They should also be able to lead , coach and motivate the inside sales team to achieve specific goals.

Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Recruiting, training and managing a team of inside sales engineers.
• Collaborate with product team and sales team to ensure inside sales team responds effectively to quality leads & requests for quote.
• Liaise with marketing and product team to ensure brand consistency and increase KPIs for the inside sales team
• Maintaining accurate reporting of all inside sales metrics and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with functional & regional sales team to meet bid deadlines.
• Ensuring current processes and procedures are maintained or reformed for effective sales cycles.
• Evaluation, managing and suggesting improvements for the entire administration sales process by implementing the new strategies for development including digital platforms such as My Emerson
• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.

• Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager

What do I need to be considered for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Electronics or Instrumentation .
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in an inside sales role
• 2-3 years experience in leadership
• Motivated & Effective in quick actions
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Has worked with teams in remote locations
• Previously worked on Oracle software
