Education & Competencies

· To provide a high level of customer service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all Electronics customers are entitled to swift and immediate action on any complaint and inquiry

· All reception responsibilities, checking incoming emails, updating and attending phone calls about spare parts and customer complaints.

· Transfer to the concern party, after proper screening.

· Conducts daily registration of complaints received via phone walk- in and e-mail and updating job cards in system

· Checking in walk in customer units and opening the job cards

· Coordinates with the Supervisor In-Charge for all repair follow-ups and after-sales concerns.

· Sending quotation to customers for repairs.

· Performs related tasks as may assigned from time to time

· Constant relationship with call centres and Dealers

Qualification/ experience

– Minimum High School Graduate

– Computer Literacy is a must.

– Fluency in Spoken Arabic and English.

– Fluency in English Writing.

This is a front end customer service profile, needs to be punctual and soft spoken with NO Anger Management Issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
