What you’ll be doing
As HR Director you will devise, implement and promote the People Strategies for the L’Occitane Group, ensuring alignment between business operations and the Group’s HR strategies and current objectives.
You will draw on your extensive HR experience and commercial acumen to develop a deep understanding of both Group and business strategy.
You’ll work on building synergies between the different brands and business areas, ensuring strong collaboration, leveraging on people practices / initiatives and sharing best practices.
You will provide advice to support People related business decisions and will guide, mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and forward focused Group culture.
