We are looking for an Freight Coordinator for a client in Dubai

Job Description:
– On time collection of invoices from outsourced transport vendor/shipping lines through email, web login.
– Land Freight, Sea Freight cost validation in jobs and purchase invoice posting, taking care of Debit / Credit notes from lines and update immediately.
– Coordinate with Transport and Sea Freight team for job and fresa related updates.
– Full taking care of shipment process, initial level to cost validation till billing process. He will be responsible for Job audit and will make sure all shipments are billed to customer on time.
– Strong coordination with Accounts team.
– Updating of specific accounting part in Fresa from Export Tracking and trip sheet.
– Will be responsible for one day prior Original BL collection process & payment request process initiate in Accounts according to customer requirement and agreed terms.
– Daily, weekly and monthly SOA generation to customers.
– Monthly accounts reconciliation.
– Coordination with team leaders for job/shipment related issues specially Transport team.”
Requirements:
2-3Years of experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding/industry in accounts/freight department.
-Must be finance/commerce/accounting graduate
-Computer literate
-Energetic and proactive young male candidate age 25-33years
-Willing to join as soon as possible
