We are a young and exciting team looking for a Personal/Executive Assistant based in Dubai to support our C-suite. Please learn more about the role below!

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage complex personal and professional travel planning for two C-level executives (transport, accommodation, travel visas, loyalty accounts);
• Manage the calendar of two C-level executives;
• Create & manage expense reports for two C-level executives;
• Manage various services for personal and professional life for two C-level executives (e.g. personal phone bills and home utilities as well as office-related services);
• Be available for logistics support during travel day/night and weekends when necessary;
• Work in the office every day;
• Execute basic office management/admin including but not limited to renewal of contracts, ordering office supplies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant experience for more than one C-level executive at a fast paced organization or high net worth individuals. Experience must include booking travel frequently.
• Experience executing regulatory admin work (e.g. business license renewals)

• You are a fast learner, receptive to feedback, and constantly seek ways to self-improve;
• You have excellent knowledge of Google Suite (google calendar) and MS Office (excel, word, etc.);
• You are an excellent oral and written communicator.
