Dubai Autism Center is currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Training Manager (BCBA) to join our professional team immediately.
Qualifications:

• Should have a Master’s degree in Psychology / Special Education or a related area with BCBA registration
• BCBA with 3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or equivalent setting or expertise working with Children with Autism.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Training Manager
• Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate team player
• This role requires outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Arabic language is advantageous.
• Responsive and proactive
• Computer literate in the Windows environment

Responsibilities
1. You will take care of resource planning, manage the team, and deliver as per the given target.
2. Prepare an annual and quarterly calendar of training courses and ensure maximum attendance.
3. Develop, source, and conduct training courses scheduled in the training calendar.
