We are looking for an Accountant with previous experience within the UAE to manage all our financial transactions including payments, expenses, bank deposits, etc. and admin tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calculating payroll/incentives/bonus
- Tracking payments to internal & external stakeholders
- Processing VAT payments & returns
- Handling Monthly, Quarterly & Annual closings
- Reconciling Accounts Payables & Receivables
- Ensure timely bank/credit card payments
- Provide financial transactions and documents to Auditors
- Bank cheque/cash deposits
- Preparing budget forecasts, excel reports or presentations to support the finance team
- Office admin related tasks
Requirements to apply
- Min 1-year work experience within the UAE
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software’s like Tally
- Advanced MS Excel/Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Additional certification in CPA/CMA is a plus
- Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken)
