Calling All experience Banking & Insurance Sales candidates!!

Salary : – Between 3000 to 5000 AED + Mobile Allowance + Commission (Visa,Insurance)

UAE banking & insurance experience candidates would be given preference.

New to country candidates should have banking sales experience in Home county (Minimum 1 year)

Job Description:

• To provide Portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank and retain their royalty and respect.
• Promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients.
• Source new business accounts through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.
• Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank
• Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly financial targets, including x-sell and up-sell of products to customers.
• Carry out all tasks ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
• Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
• Identify and initiate improvements to work, customer service, quality, work processes and organizational matters in order to contribute to business efficiency goals.
• Prepare customer/sales plans to ensure each relationship is managed according to customer’s needs and potential, regularly reviewing the customer portfolio to assess future needs and ongoing fee/income potential.

Qualifications:

• To be successful in this role you will come with 2-5 years of experience in Banking or Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and

Economic environments.

• Ability to manage portfolios, deliver to Key Performance Indicators in a regulated environment and source new business through ones own initiative
• University degree in a related area. Post-graduate qualifications in Finance or Economics or in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
• Language: English, Russian , Spanish , Persian , French
• Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.

• Good presentations and networking skills
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills
• Communication skills (both oral and written) in English.
• Should know the Language such as Spanish, French , Russian , Persian ( Any one of them)
