Key Responsibilities:-
Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to incidents, service requests, and assigned tasks.
Ensure operational documentation meets completeness and quality thresholds.
Participate in the development of customer support processes, technical planning, and work coordination.
Identify any gap in the operational support and suggest correction actions.
Ensure maximum availability, service hours coverage, and skills effectiveness.
Create a healthy interpersonal and team-oriented environment.
Maximize Systems performance by monitoring the infrastructure, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, troubleshooting problems/outages, and suggesting improvements.
Write comprehensive technical reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
Manage and prioritize multiple assigned tasks to meet established deadlines.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Support other teams for performance/ availability issues.
Execution of end-to-end projects related to Azure, OCI, Microsoft 365 (Modern Workplace), Active Directory, Exchange, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Hyper V, VMWARE and Skype for Business
Creating Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for IT Systems, Documentation of Core systems and procedures along with Guidelines to be maintained by the operations team
Engage directly with the Sales/Pre-sales Team to analyze RFPs and prepare the response along with HLDs and LLDs.
Conducting POCs for the Customers and Sales team
Information gathering and understanding of customer’s upcoming requirements
Acting as technical liaison between development and IT operations team for Implementation and handling management of releases on live systems
Responsible for Capacity Planning, Incident Management, Patch Management, Problem Management, Preventive Maintenance Management, and conducting DR Drill
Experience:
Experience should be between 5 to 7 Years.
Experience in managing and supporting complex systems that are built on many different technologies.
Experience in Managed Services (System)
In-depth knowledge and experience in different automation and monitoring tools, patch management, SCCM, HyperV, Windows Failover Clustering, MS Exchange, M365 (Azure AD, Exchange Online, MS Teams, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Security and Compliance, Purview) Active Directory, Skype of Business, Certificate services, virtualization technologies, OS administration, Cloud Providers Azure, Oracle, and Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies.
Experience in managing and supporting servers, backup, and storage hardware.
Experience in systems monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Experience with planning, implementing, and improving system policies and configurations
Experience following ITSM policies and processes

Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent
