Job Information:

• Respond to calls and inquiries from users of IT systems served by the company,
• Record user inquiries in CRM, Prepare monthly reports on inquiries made;
• Submit problems to relevant section to get answers,
• Acceptance and management of user feedback suggestions, complaints, management,
• Perform ongoing inspections of existing systems to detect and fix possible software errors.
• Preparation of other current reports within the service program,

Job Requirements:

• Excellent computer typing skills;
• Excellent oral-written communication skills,
